Our Charities
The Dexter-Ann Arbor Run is supports three charities. A portion of all entry fees will be donated to our charities, and you can also support them through individual donations and by attending the new Soup Kitchen Stampede Charity Benefit.

Hope Medical Clinic, Inc., is a nonprofit, interdenominational Christian medical and social service organization. Located in Ypsilanti, their goal is to provide compassionate and practical help to those in need, ministering to the whole person. This includes providing comprehensive health care for the medically indigent and a range of other services aimed either at meeting basic needs or equipping people with the tools needed to improve the quality of their lives and/or to become self sufficient.

The Michigan Blind Athletic Association (MBAA) sponsors annual Sports Education Camps in western Michigan for blind and visually impaired youth. The SEC is a week-long residential program in which students 10-12 years-old learn and/or refine basic skills of running, jumping and throwing. Students 13-18 years-old learn and compete in judo, cycling, track and field, swimming, wrestling, goalball (a team sport for blind and visually impaired persons), gymnastics, bowling, and lifelong fitness promotion. Sessions for each of the camp's sports are run by Paralympians and elite coaches who are brought in from around the United States for the week. The MBAA is an affiliate of the United States Association of Blind Athletes.
